Kyoto and the surrounding area is also home to some of the premier theme and amusement parks in Japan. Amanohashidate Viewland is on the summit of Mt. Monju, located in Miyazu City. It offers a host of exciting activities and dazzling mountaintop views. The Toei Uzumasa Eigamura is located in Ukyo Ward of Kyoto City. This park is the headquarters of Japanese film industry, often referred to as the Hollywood of Japan.
